Dan O'Brien

Dan O'Brien is Chief Economist at the Institute of International and European Affairs in Dublin, columnist with the Irish Independent and Sunday Independent and adjunct senior research fellow at University College Dublin.

He was previously economics editor at the Irish Times, senior editor at the Economist Intelligence Unit in London and Geneva. He has worked for the European Commission and the United Nations.
