Niall Holohan is a retired diplomat who was based in Ramallah as the Irish Government’s Representative to the Palestinian Authority from 2002 to 2006. He retired from the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2014 as Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. He has also had extensive experience in dealing with issues relating to Northern Ireland.
